FREE SHIPPING We offer free shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States with no minimum purchase required. For other international destinations, free shipping is available on orders of 120$ CAD or more.

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
ORDER TRACKING A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees and import taxes upon delivery. These fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer. VOLTAGE is not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by customs.
DELIVERY ADDRESS Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. VOLTAGE is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries caused by an incorrect address.
EXCEPTIONAL DELAYS During periods of high demand such as Black Friday or the Holiday season, delivery times may be slightly longer. We will do everything possible to ship your order as quickly as possible.
