Exchange and Refund Policy – Voltage

At Voltage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return period

You have 14 days following the receipt of your order to make a request for an exchange or a refund.

Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must not have been worn or washed
  • It must be in its original condition
  • All tags must be intact

Important instructions

  • It is your responsibility to obtain a tracking number for your return
  • We are not responsible for shipping errors or lost packages
  • Please clearly indicate inside the package:

Return fees

  • The shipping costs to return an item are the responsibility of the customer
  • In the case of an exchange, Voltage covers the shipping costs to send the new item.

Refunds
Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed according to the original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for processing.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, mention it inside the package, and we will take care of sending you the new item at no additional shipping cost.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.
